Recipe #1: Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:
3/4 cups of unsalted butter
3/4 cups of light brown sugar (dark brown sugar works too, that's what I used)
3 Large eggs
1 1/4 cups of self-rising flour
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1-3 tbsp of whole milk***
1 small box of chocolate pudding mix

***This is what the recipe called for, but I added waaaay more, mainly because you also have pudding mix, even without the pudding mix, I used way more.

---

-Heat oven to 350°F
-Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
-Add in eggs. flour, cocoa powder, and pudding mix and mix until well combined.
-Add in milk until smooth, light consistency
-Bake for 15-20 minutes (or until cooked through)

Want a filling?

You can straight up put icing in I guess, but I think you should mix it in with marshmallow creme to give it some stiffness (as in not as thin and runny as straight up icing).

You can get a filling tip and put the mix into a piping bag and use the tip to fill the center without having to cut into the middle.

Or use a round tip instead of the filling tip.


OR

You can cut a small hole into the center and fill it in either with a spoon or just even fill a ziplock bag and cut out a tiny bit of the corner and squeeze the creme into the cupcake.

You can choose to put the cutout piece back ... or you can eat it. Your choice.

TO ice it, you can do it the traditional way of just spreading it, or you can pipe it and there are YT videos to teach you how to pipe icing onto a cupcake.

Mac and cheese

1 box of macaroni
16oz of Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 slices of American cheese
1 pint of heavy cream

Cook macaroni
Drain water
Add cheese and cream
Stir until melted and mixed

(If not adding cheese slices, don't add as much cream)

Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lbs ground beef or Italian sausage
1 tbs white or brown sugar
1/2 cup of beef or chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
5 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
Olive oil

Directions:
1. Brown meat, adding onions, peppers, and mushrooms with a little bit of olive oil
2. Drain the grease and add the rest of the ingredients in and stir well
3. Simmer until heated and starting to bubble

You may want to cook the noodles while the sauce is simmering. The sauce should be done as the pasta gets finished cooking and drained of the water.

Since I haven't posted a recipe in a hot minute. Lemme share a veggie and beef soup recipe

Veggie and Beef recipe:

Ingredients:
-Roast (Can't tell you a size, just a size you'd normally feed your family, I'd say)
-2 potatoes
-32 oz bag of frozen mixed veggies
-32 oz of beef broth
-2 10.75 oz cans of tomato soup
-1 can of water (in one of the 10.75 oz tomato soup cans or half if you get one of the family sizes)
-salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
-Cook roast (season with salt and pepper) in slow cooker overnight (Probably around 8 hours)
-Shred roast and add to large pot
-Peel and cut potatoes, add to pot
-Add bag of frozen veggies
-Add tomato soup
-Add water
-Add broth
-Bring the soup to a boil, lower the heat, cover, and simmer until the potatoes are soft
-Add salt and pepper to taste
-Enjoy
