The label I have is a bit worn from having the tin for so long hut it is as follows

Rooibos
Sencha
Ginger
Lemongrass
Ginkgo
Juniper berries
And lemon

All organic
It works when I'm sick but I'm finding its not so good for my aches and pains or cramps as it used to be.

I never heard of Rooios and Sencha being combined together. I would imagine that would create one interesting flavor profile

It is an interesting flavour for sure and I always drink it neat so it doesn't lessen the flavour either.

It's my personnel opinion that if tea is prepared correctly in the first place it won't need any sweeteners

Because bitter tea is usually a sign you did something wrong

Cotton Cloudy wrote:The exact origins of tea is unknown, but the most famous story tells of the emperor of China at the time named Shen Nong. Legend says he was boiling some water when some leaves from the Camellia Sinensis (tea) bush fell into his cup. They say that he liked it so much that tea was then born.

Tea origins have been deeply linked to starting in Yunnan, so yes! This is where I will be traveling

Thanks for the clarification. So it was the emperor (I got my important people mixed up).

I have never heard of Camellia Sinesnsis before. The Chinese tea I'm most familiar with is oolong (not sure how it's spelt). Have you had Camellia Sinesnsis? Can you tell us what the modern name/brand of tea that is comprised of Camellia Sinesnsis? I'd be interested in trying it.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
