It didn't. The instructions for the bonito tho
Boil water in medium saucepan
Put flakes in and turn down to low
It is done when it all sinks to the bottom
There's no time given wtf

I have a onigiri mold that I use. but I did try fill my rice ball's with some ground meat it did not. want to stay holding I even pat the dang meat. with a paper towel to drain the grease out of it. I'd like to try the spare rib rice ball's some day. Cooking with dog did a ep on onigiri before on youtube.

Next time I'm going to try make some Okayu. been wanting to try it for a long time now since I read cooking princess.
