Sweet potatoes are so good! I don't like the texture of regular potatoes.

Okay so mom insisted on meat buns again
Couldn't find the magazine the recipe is from so I had to guess
Differences:
Crescent rolls dough
Two types of cheese (mozzarella and taco)
Bacon bits

Notes:
Since the dough comes presliced, that worked against me, and really it didn't work out
Two cheeses plus bacon? Very good idea, go me
Overcooked a bit, oops
Dad likes them a lot better warm

Tomorrow dad's shopping and hes gonna get the stuff for sourdough bread, as well as milk for white
The meat's cooked, the cheese and bacon bits mixed in, and all in a Tupperware waiting to be used
Unless, of course, dad gets to it before me and makes a meat lovers pizza

Overall: middling success, Main change to save time didn't pan out, but couple other things did

I like crescent rolls with swiss cheese and black forest ham. (And I'm not a swiss cheese fan normally).

Are your meat buns like cha siu bao? But I prefer mine baked to steamed.

So mom thought she said the big ones, which she did not indicate LOL
Which is why they were so small
Still weren't bad tho

No, not like that
It's beef
Not barbequed
The buns are baked in a cupcake pan

You can actually put non barbequed meat in them - and I like the curry and beef ones too (so long as the curry is mild). But those ones generally are the baked buns.

I don't see the recipe listed here. Are you going to post pics?

The magazine it's in went MIA
._.
Which is why they got slightly overcooked

But pretty much cook and spice the meat, drain the grease, mix in cheese, they said four inch circular cutter but bigger is good too for the dough, punch the meat, seam on bottom of pan, in the oven that's either 325 or 350 (prolly 350) for ~15-20 minutes

The recipe itself has fungi but we don't.like fungi

I like very few mushrooms, they can't have strong flavors or chewy texture's

Okay so while dad hasn't actually made pizza with the meat and cheese mix, he has been eating it
Mom had some earlier
I got nine meat buns out of the dough
The container is roughly half full still
What the shit XD
