Okay so apparently the mixer we have is dying so dad went the premade route Tops brand is actually pretty good, so that's what we got They're not paper thing, they're tasty, and sturdy And, of course, take less time lol
Today is the start of Chinese New Year! I think they celebrate for like 15 days! I wish we had a Chinese style bakery near us...the cakes are sooooooooo good and so are the tarts!
I can't eat authentic Mexican food anyway... so temperate stuff like Baja Fresh sells is good enough for me and we have a few local places that will accommodate my idiosyncrasies.
If you need any tips with onigiri, I might have some. I made it a lot in high school. (It was most of my lunches.)
I like both Americanized and authentic Mexican. Well, Puerto Rican food. I have friends from there so that's how I get my authentic food. They don't like things spicy (for some reason) so I usually can eat it too despite my dietary needs. I really like pasteles.
