I've heard of cold soups but don't think I have actually tried it.
Am going to make some hot "left overs" soup today.

My improvised low kcal dinner last night was actually banging. I will be recreating it today.

Portobello mushroom, topped with diced onion, onion salt, paprika, a slice of prosciutto ham and 2 slices of cheese. Let this beauty chill in a preheated oven for 20 min and enjoy.

Sounds weird, but I'm lazy and my payday is today, so my fridge is pretty empty. But it was surprisingly damn good.

The last thing i made was blueberry lemon cupcakes, with proper cake flour and coconut milk with lemon instead of buttermilk. They turned out welll, though not as sweet as i would of liked. Time to make buttercream to fix that!

apart from things like rice/beverages/sandwhiches, it's either an orange-cardamom syrup or an omelette with bell peppers. was making them at around the same time.

orange cardamom syrup sounds interesting.

Doesn't it count if I dreamt this morning that I was making wasabi flavored buns and wasabi chicken cha chu boa?

You all eat such delicious-sounding things.

And there is me, chopping up tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce, mixing it with soured cream and calling it lunch. I love cooking, but cooking for myself feels like a waste.

yum, blueberry lemon cupcakes! I've never tried coconut milk as a substitute.

Chopped tomato's & cucumbers with balsamic vinegar is really good too, especially if you can find lemon cucumbers.

Oooh that's already a good basic salad! Playing with the dressing and additional herbs/greens/fruits can really elevate it.

Made a quick stir-fried sotanghon (glass noodles, I think) with cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, and scrambled eggs.

Simple salads are great! I make one with chopped apples, grapes and ranch dressing. I sometimes even add cucumbers or nuts for a different texture.

That stir fry sounds delicious as well.

Earlier i made homemade jube jubes, mixed together from applesauce, sugar, raspberry jello and gelatin.

Stir fry's are a great savory veggie pick me up when you feel like you are lacking vitamins.
