I'm not fighting the oven. It doesnt tell you when it's at temp.

The recipe I got measurements from called for 1/4 cup.
I put 1/8 cup in it...


I think they meant tablespoon.

There are inexpensive oven thermometers you can get to set in your oven to keep track of the temperature if yours doesn't sem to be working.

I haven't had spaghetti in forever because I am watching my carbs (the benefit being in doing so I haven't had the stomach pains I was having), but sure could eat some spaghetti just thinking about it... I could always just do the sauce and a little pasta...

It doesnt have any indicator of when it reaches the proper temp. It's a very old stove.
I will buy one when i feel the need to bake something.

I don't really trust the oven.

Sorry I haven't added to it in a long time, lol.

This recipe is nice and simple. Nothing special, really. Veggie and beef soup.

I made pressure cooker chicken noodle soup today. Very easy, chicken breast, onion and garlic water, garlic powder, garlic salt. Cook for 30 min. Add cubed potato's, cut carrots, beans and some chicken broth and noodles and cook in instant pot for 12 minutes more. Veggies and noodles will continue to cook & soften in the hot broth. Add diced onions or salsa to spice up if you want to individual bowls.
