Okay so apparently the mixer we have is dying so dad went the premade route
Tops brand is actually pretty good, so that's what we got
They're not paper thing, they're tasty, and sturdy
And, of course, take less time lol

I loved the pile of celebrity letters... but I can't have them and hold my lucky red envelope...

Can you make some sweet dessert for Chinese New year?

Today is the start of Chinese New Year! I think they celebrate for like 15 days! I wish we had a Chinese style bakery near us...the cakes are sooooooooo good and so are the tarts!

I can't eat authentic Mexican food anyway... so temperate stuff like Baja Fresh sells is good enough for me and we have a few local places that will accommodate my idiosyncrasies.

If you need any tips with onigiri, I might have some. I made it a lot in high school. (It was most of my lunches.)

I like both Americanized and authentic Mexican. Well, Puerto Rican food. I have friends from there so that's how I get my authentic food. They don't like things spicy (for some reason) so I usually can eat it too despite my dietary needs. I really like pasteles.
