All the layers, for all the things. That's what we need. If it's a draw call problem, maybe a limit on the number you can wear at once? But not what together.

the system works by switching out pngs that are layered on top of each other! diana said it's possible to add layers in between but the item categories would need to be shifted around so it would take a long time~ i am an advocator for socks though

which means you can wear stocking feet but if you want to wear socks in shoes then the shoes have to already have the socks in them.

Maybe a way to add more than one image within each category? So it still layers as expected.

to my knowledge its possible to create layers in between others but its impossible to make infinite layering options~

I guess the only way is to somehow combine them into one image before it hits the system in the first place. Once you start adding layers, there's no end to it, I guess. You'd want handheld separate from hand, left and right of both, socks separate from shoes, left and right of those, lower face and eye options, and so on. You'd have to rewrite the whole thing, I can understand why they don't do it. It's not like it's broken or anything.

Oooo ok I see what the problem is. I guess I never noticed it since last I was here there were no socks to mix with shoes. I think the sock + shoe is a nice work around it although hindering customization it still works.

I am a big fan of the skirts haha I remember asking Diana about when she drew them and she was like... suffering
but I love combining them with a bunch of stuff!

Actually the system works a little bit as you described, socks and shoes are on separate layers but are in the same categories. for instance, face items are separated into two different layers, eyes and mouths, but both layers occupy the "face" category. Diana is the only developer here so she can only work on one thing at a time but it means that there is potential to separate them into two different categories in the future~ it's the same with socks and shoes as well
