Akuyi: I thought that was what you did, with seeing the options the Inspector gave you. I wanted to be sure. I almost tried that myself but was scared I'd be forced to choose.

Maybe we're just confirming what he believes to be true.

I think it's pretty obvious that the cookie monster took the cookies and pinned the blame on one of the pengwings. We wouldn't have known because he wasn't invited to the party and took them without getting caught.

That's during screen time. When no one is watching, he goes on a cookie rampage and starts stealing people's cookies because they're like his drug and he's going through a cookie withdrawal. Wow, this got dark, lol.
