It should it's labeled: Chef Hat Cook
and Cook is the name of the pengwing.

Well, it wasn't the image that got changed, but the item name. And that's what I needed. Sadly, I can't extract the name from just the image. But I got it now.

I just noticed that all but Lady Pengwing are wearing hats - I wonder if they snuck the cookies out in their hats? Or do you think they just ate the cookies? How much can a pengwing eat?
