I'd love to go to a cat cafe, but it would probably not be good for me since I'm allergic

My hamsters. They're keeping me sane while I can't see people in the evenings. I adopted them a couple of days before lockdown happened.

I see Brigette more than Moira. Moira seems to wake up 1 or 2am.

I'd say they're about 3 inches. Moira is slightly bigger than Brigette but not by much. They're Russian dwarfs so a bit smaller than the Syrian hamsters.

So cute! Do you get to hold them at the same time or do you just give them individual time?

Holding a little fur ball can be so comforting.

I had to separate them in the first month because Brigette got really territorial and would attack Moira on sight. Both are happy living on their own.

So, they have to be out at different times. I let them "free roam" in the hamster safe room so they can run around. Moira doesn't like to be handled too much. Brigette loves attention.

Thank God for Brigette's cuddles!

Hamsters can be very entertaining.

It is.

Oof
Sounds fun. Aww

Indeed
I've never had one, but I've seen a few and they seemed cuddly and cute, so I'mma assume you're right.

My dog is better, though
