aaah! I love turkey + pesto! I really like my turkey sandwiches with swiss cheese instead of provolone though.
How do you make a panini a panini? Is it the type of bread? When I try to make my sandwich a panini, it turns into grilled cheese.

I've always been under the impression that it's just a pressed/grilled sandwich. I make all of my "paninis" on my george foreman grill. I worked at a campus cafe while in college and that's how we made our panini too. They had a fancy grill press thing though. /pats good ol' george
