I hate when I feel exhausted when I wake up ... like I already put in a days work only to find out I still have to work.... or so frustrated in my dreams because I can't get things to work out.

I don't like naps, I can't fall asleep fast enough so it's not a viable option.

My dreams are so insanely busy I really don't care to remember them! However, once in awhile I dream of being in a beautiful spot with vibrant colors, breathtaking and peaceful ... those I like to remember.

I can lucid Dream. In fact, almost all of my dreams are lucid dreams! The only ones that aren't are the two nightmares I've had, and the dreams where I am flying and/or gliding!
