I'll have to watch it then. I need me a good pick me up movie. Most of what i have been watching is so depressing or the characters are unlikeable ( Like "Don't Look up" for example).

I started watching the new David Tenet "Around the world in 80 days".
Maybe I am bias because I read the book, and have seen the other movie versions ( I really liked the Jackie Chan version), where it is an adventure or maybe because the Tenet character I still connect with the creative Dr. Who, but I am having difficulty with the new series. It's like he is bumbling along & so far he only spent one day in a hot air balloon. Anyway, costumes and sets are great, filmed in different locations and done very well. I am hoping it improves so that I want to know what happens next and not feeling frustrated after watching it. I suppose the theme right now is redemption?
