I give Teachers an immense amount of credit - they can influence and inspire ... but sadly there are those who do not rise to the occasion and there are those parents and administration that inhibit Teachers being able to be all they could be for children/students.

I have to agree, there are some teachers who either shouldn't be teaching or aren't being given the right abilities by protocol to teach students in the best ways they can. But other schools have amazing results too. It can vary a lot. A teacher, though, is what really makes a class and makes students want to learn!

Most people can remember at least one Teacher that was their favorite and sadly, one Teacher that they were afraid of or that they felt they never learned from.

My third grade Teacher was probably my favorite Teacher and my 11th grade math Teacher was probably my worst.

That's funny you mention it, because one of my favorite teachers was my 3rd grade teacher too! I can't really fully say who my least favorite was. I usually at least liked my teachers... I guess if I had to say one, it'd be my shop teacher in 5th/6th grade. He was always yelling at me for being too quiet and it sorta scared the poop out of me. I loved most of my other teachers though. Best history teacher ever in high school.

I feel like this could be a thread topic all its own o.o In fact I think I'll go make it. Because it'd be helpful for me in general! xD

I took a walk down "the dessert aisle" this week...cake, cookies, cream puffs, oh my! so goooood! So many birthdays.....a few more to go and then I have got to get out and exercise so I'm ready for Thanksgiving's deliciousness!
