Oh no it's jello HAHAHAHA Made from condensed chocolate malt drinks (Milo), we cook it till it thickens, then add 2-3 spoon full of melted jelly to mix with the condensed sweet malt XDDD

The texture of mousse cakes are just the right amount of moistness, kinda feel 'eh' when the cake is too dry...

Strawberry mousse cake is nice too, highly depend on the baker tho. But love it when they provide fresh strawberries!
