Ah I see.
Indeed.

Not sure if there's a formal definition, but weeds definitely are mostly invasive plants that grow way too quickly, or plants that compete against agricultural plants in farms.

Shy mimosa is pretty much just a weed here but I've seen pots of it being sold for a high price in other countries!

I looked up the mimosa plant and they use it in perfumes!

Have you tried making perfume with your "weed" silverberry?

Oooh I'm not sure if it's the same mimosa? Shy mimosa grows low on the ground and closes its leaves when touched! Haven't encountered any that has a scent, though there's a thorn right by the base of the flower HAHA

I'd love to try making my own perfumes! Going straight to flower extraction seems like too big of a leap, though. Perhaps I'll try it when ethanol isn't in high demand anymore-

I think I'd be obsessed with watching it open and close its leaves! Amazing though how some plants can do that...kind of like the venus fly trap does too.

Despite it being so common, I always go out of my way just to make the leaves close LOL so I feel that!

Plants move so slowly so it's amazing when we can notice and watch them move around :O

I'm sorry
But
When Lem asked about perfume from weed, I instantly thought of the drug.

In other news, my favorite Minecraft tree is jungle

Skunk...skunk cabbage ( also Considered a weed)... have no idea why people don't mind smelling like they got sprayed by a skunk... but strong or rotten smells have always bothered me.

Not a fan of just those scents, but perfumery is weird - a little bit of something stinky can turn the scent sweeter!

Big fan of smoky scents!

I don't like scents that much, I prefer dollars.
