Animated Bands/Singers/Videos

Do you guys like it vvhen a band or singer or vvhathaveyou puts out an animated video for their songs? Or even vvhen a fan of those persons makes an animation to go along to their songs? Personally I absolutely love most of the ones I've been seeing around lately. Heck even ones from a long vvhile back are some of my favorite videos ever.


So , vvhat're your opinions on them?

It can be pretty cool, you can do a lot more with animation than reality.

Oh most definitely, I have found so many that I like these days , freak of the vveek by freak kitchen is pretty good, there's a fan made die young by kesha one that's animated nicely and then of course there's the mystery skulls 'ghost' one too and eee so many... and oldie but a goodie is breaking the habit by linkin park and of course there's the plethora of daft punk ones

I loooove animated music videos!

I would watch them over real ones any day. I don't care about music videos where they're live action. But animated? Weeeeelll then I totally will.

Gorillaz has some decent ones, and there's some other I can't think of very well. Hmm.

I really love animated music videos. I think live action and dance videos have their own perks, such being shot in beautiful places and dance choreography. But really, I love animated because of how weird it gets to send out a message.
I'm not really sure about how many times I'll mention Vocaloid ahaha
The vocaloid fandom makes some really good animated videos, so do the producers. I know this artist named CHRIS who draws really pretty art for these pvs and they turn out amazing. He did Sarishinohara and Goodnight Tonight.
This current video I'm addicted to watching is quite simple but I totally recommend it.

I kinda like Gorillaz, basically only one of their songs anyway.
Linkin Park had done one of their music videos animated and I liked it. But they don't normally do amvs.

I don't care if something it animated, I only care if the song is good, lol. Of course, as long as the animation isn't terrible.

The Beatles cartoons comes to mind when I think about animated bands. The animations were terrible, but the music is what saves it.

The Gorillaz have some good songs. The animation style is definitely unique (as is their music). Love 'em or hate 'em, they're talented.
