Yeah, it is pretty much a foster home for cats until they get adopted. I think you call them animal shelters in North America.

He is extremely adorable. We didn't know whether to name him Jack Frost or Chewbaca. We ended up deciding to name him Jack Frost to keep with the Christmas name theme tradition that started with our old dog, Kringle. (As in Kris Kringle)

awww what is his temperment like? Is he curious? Playful? Or just like to chill out?

He's a brat. He likes to play sometimes, but he isn't always cuddly, especially not with me. He begs for food too much, but that's our fault. He likes to bark

he's still young enough you can take him to dog obedience classes though and train him not to bark or beg for food.
