Fake treea are better for the planet. They can look pretty realistic these days. We have one with the lights built in. A huge time saver!

until; you try to dispose of them... but over all the life span of a fake tree can be decades and if you have allergies then sometimes its the only way to go!

My problem with real trees is that the needles on them hurt when you put decorations on them. The clean up of needles when they drop is annoying.

My fake tree hasn't got in built lights. I like the old fiber optics ones.

Ours has built in lights and if one goes out they still stay lit...the wonders of technology.

I also like to look at the snowflake lights people put up on their houses.

Yeah, we got the idea from a house that had music set to a radio station that you could only hear if you were close to the house. Sadly they moved away.

I like left overs because it means no cooking when I am tired!

Decorations are so pretty but lots of work to put up...I like to drive around and look at them myself or so Malls/stores really decorate as well, which is cool.

My dad does the ourside for us. Driving around looking st lights is something my family does every Christmas Eve.

Left overs aren't usually my thing.

Two houses on my street have matched up their outdoor lights. It's so cute.

I love leftovers.
