a spoon full of olive oil helps loosen the BM's and so does taking probiotic pills (versus only the probiotics in say yogurt). I think the probiotics help with so many things, even depression from what I have read.

That one is cute too, but I was meaning the one right before this one. ^_^
I just now saw the daily avatar challenge. I would have loved to enter the monochromatic one.
I am not up for todays' theme. Gonna see what it changes to for Nov. 12.

I believe Ciel has the date themes posted on her first or second post. I switched my look like three times today. Was it the halloween 2014 item one with the purple cloak? My O'Canada look ( land of the snow, waving wheat and northern lights?)

sweets for the sweet... I have been eating a lot of sweets over the holidays... does that make me sweet, sweeter or just five pounds of sweet heavier?

I think tomorrow is a day for lemon bars, I've been craving something lemon flavored lately. Not sure what my absolute favorite lemon flavored item is though... anybody have a favorite?

I don't usually have lemon or citrus flavored sweets.
My favorite citrus treat though would be orange creamsicles.

orange creamsicles were my favorite go to popsicle when I was a kid, you might like orange ice cream then ( a little milder then the orange sherbert which is tarter).

do you have a favorite dessert?

all those sweets sound good to me! I don't think I could ever go on a sugarless diet for long. I know someone who di, I think she said it took about a month before she stopped being so tempted by sweets ( but they taste so good...)

Hehe I don't think I could either! I like sugary cereals too--and that's almost a staple kind of food

I guess sugarless is healthy though--and there's always fruits?

some people who give up sugar give up fruit too since it is fructose...I just don't think that if God didn't want me to have sweet fruit He wouldn't have given us taste buds....and wasn't it fruit trees in the garden of Eden?

but really, fresh fruit off the tree is so much sweeter then candy and so very delicious! If I could have fresh fruit all the time I might forego sweets. and there's the other natural sweetener - honey!

Oh my, fresh fruits <3. I've only had fresh cherries once from cherry picking back when I was five years old, but it was really wonderful~ Do you have fresh fruit often?

I love honeyed strawberries!

I'm not one for sweets since sugar destroys me, but I do love a Blizzard from Dairy Queen, Georgia Mudfudge since if I indulge in death I might as well go the whole way.
