Well no, if you go to populated areas such as Taipei it should be safe. But I usually visit the centre and so the fish might not be fresh when they get there, or they have different food safety regulations etc.
Lol usually looking for an issued license should be enough. c;

pretty sure its just a certification that all raw meat has been fished from areas with clean water, prepared, packaged and stored properly.
i still don't trust them though xD
