A big part of the sum of life seems to be all about collecting junk... everyone hoards to some extent...

Dad's trying to save money for a dumpster, but between the season, other expenses, and the escrow for their mortgage getting fucked up, they're scrambling at the moment

If i get a potential tenant I can probably force things along because now i need the house to look decent and I can't do tha tif mom has her shit all over the place still

You could also contribute to the dumpster cost and make it up with the rent kinda. Of course mom and dad should pay because it's their stuff and they did say they'd move it out, but if the issue is money, money seems to solve most things doesn't it?
