I wasn't going to post here but you both have motivated me.

1. Using my new tablet to make this post. Loving it. Easy to use and makes being away from my computer easier to adapt.
2. Octopath Traveler & the Switch! Loving both game and gaming device. Going to play more after posting here.
3. Having support. Even when I'm helpless my dog is here with me.

Hope today is another good one!

1. Was able to stay up instead of going back to bed after breakfast today, progress.
2. Was calm and able to relax.
3. Moved around pretty well but still took it easy.
Got to do laundry later so hoping that taking it easy past couple of days will mean I can be more active the next.

1. Overall a good day.
2.:Was able to call the lab to arrange x-rays I need. It didn't go so well but the good news was that Eagle was there to help with the calls and together we were able to do what we needed to. One step forward.
3. I'm in such a better mindset today and feel that my efforts are making an impact.

1. The day was busy so it went by fast.
2. My boss brought mini apple fritters in - yum
3. A friend is in town and came by to see me at work....always a nice surprise.

OHHH I KNOW THAT BRIDGE!!
What's really cool about this is that it inspired note writing on bridges in my area and in my city! Now we've got messages and notes with things like "You're worth it, even if someone says you're not" or notes with hotlines you could call if you're feeling desperate or alone.

EDIT: Ah I got so excited I forgot to post 3 positive things from today ahahaha

1) Had a good sleep from last night (and hopefully again tonight!)
2) Made myself enough food to last for tonight and tomorrow night's dinner
3) Sorted out some important stuff today

That's fun! Have you posted anything yourself or just read some of the notes? We all need encouragement sometimes! (Hopefully it doesn't become so enudated with notes that it starts looking like trash left behind though...).

Busy at work but had some customer's I haven't seen for years come in and say hello.
Saw the article that they think they found ice on the Moon!
Yum, sauteeted onions and garlic and mushrooms at dinner!

3. I just finished up walking around town playing Pokemon Go with my bro, which is fun!

My coworker got back from vacation which takes stress off of me.
Beautiful day and no unusual transactions.
watched a movie instead of reruns.
