Made myself an avocado toast with salmon and a poached egg on top (we had one lonely, very ripe avocado sitting in the fridge so I figured I'd make use of it)!

Oh we just chop everything up then add it to the beaten egg and a mix a bit with salt and pepper.
Then just fry it with butter.

It is an interesting mixture of stuff, as bell pepper is juicy on its own. Gotta try it one day

bell pepper brings such flavor...if you can eat it.

I like the taste of bell pepper! One of these days I'll mix them in a salad.

The taste of bell pepper blends well with black pepper fried pork/beef. It'll be a decent combo to have them inside the salad, plus some slices of black pepper meat.
