Wasabi! <3

Postby Eccentric Prof » Fri Jan 23, 2015 12:56 am

I'm so excited to be part of an avi site this early in its development! I never have before :D
The avatars here are adorbs <3 and I like that I don't have to choose between a male and female base.
So what's up everyone? A 'Welcome to Windlyn' is great but do say something more, like "I like sleeping" or "I saw this Polish movie, sala samobójców, three days ago and I'm still like this: ", for it is through randomness that friendships are forged

Hello Eccentric Welcome to Windlyn to Windlyn where the gentle breeze of love blows over the budding seedlings of friendship. *puts a cookie on your head*

Random fun fact about me I like to sing to my cat just to annoy her. XD

welcome eccentric prof! That name reminds me of the absent minded professor. That was such a funny show, the one with Fred McMurray, he made some fun stuff like flubber.

Thanks for the buckets of welcomes, everyone! :D

@"Mousy": I don't even have a hamper xD cause my mom knows I won't use it!
It's a good practice. You put your clothes on the floor, the dust on the floor gets collected by the clothes, you put your clothes in the washing machine, it's like cleaning the clothes and the floor. Two birds with one stone ^^

@"Kitalpha Hart" OMG THAT IS ADORBS I totes want one too (<3.<3)/

@"Lemon Cheesecake" I looked that up, it's got Robin Williams in it! I loved his acting in that movie based off Anne Fine's book, Mrs Doubtfire.

@"Sanchicho" My school's lunch break is too short so I finish most of my lunch in bites between classes ^_^ but I feel you. If my lunch gets delayed even by 15 minutes... /0

@"Turtle Sensei" OMG I KNOWZ YOU I see you on so many avi sites, most I've been on!
A tattoo of a turtle-pyon?! Me jealouss... greeen with envy

@"Mika" You think me interesting?! O////O gee thanks eheh!
I've never cosplayed  never been to a convention even, they don't happen in my country.
*needs to get more anime/manga converts*
Love your sig btw <3

@"Blue Jay" *snuffles cookie* Ooo. Your cat no like music? Or your singing in particular xD
I've a dog in my family which gets annoyed if people speak in a language other than our mother tongue because that's what he's used to and understands. So he feels left out :u

@Diana Hope you had a good sleep :3 thanks! I certainly will anytime I feel the need to!

@Exclusive: Thanks :)

Kitalpha Hart I think they have kawaii elegance with their cutesy simplicity.
No need to clutter their kawaii with smiley stickers :P
$40 isn't a bad deal :o
Anime cons don't happen where I live!!
Once I ate vegetarian sushi at a restaurant with my family, it was served with a blob of wasabi though we didn't know it. My brother took it and popped it whole into his mouth. His tongue shrivelled and died... got resurrected later but yeah. His eyes were watering like waterworks, poor fellow.

For sushi plushies, if you want to make your own:

You could check out this lovely lady here: Choly Knight. She releases some patterns for people who make stuff from her blog tutorials every month.

Or you could just draft your own pattern. Sushi rolls would be the easiest-- two circles with some details appliqued on and a black/dark green rectangle for the wrap.

For the rectangle ones, just make some rectangles and sew together~
