Not much.
But we made Okonomiyaki in Japanese class today! I volunteered to come early and help out since i make it at home a lot. It's a very nice savoury pancake and i really recommend it!

Usually this sauce stuff that i forgot the name for + Japanese mayonnaise + bonito flakes + dried nori flakes
And there's usually bacon involed

Yes it was just as good!
This recipe seems to be similar to mine. It's worth taking the trip to a Asian food store to grab some Okonomiyaki flour, bonito, the sauce and the Japanese 'Kewpie' mayonnaise

wah! I don't think we have any store that carries those ingredients! Which makes me wonder why?

I shall search high and low or go on the internet to find it!

Most Asian grocery stores have them.. And even some of my local stores stock the ingredients minus the special flour

We only have one hole in the wall" type Asian grocery store and it always looks like everything is old and there isn't much selection. Isn't that sad?
